Cherry Lime Rickey Cake

June’s Cake-of-the-Month is a Cherry Lime Rickey, crafted after Amanda's favorite soda fountain drink. It's sweet and sour, full of tart key lime flavor, paired with the sweet summer cherry marshmallow.

This cake pairs well with it's namesake drink — a fresh lime Rickey, or a iced citrus spritzer. It would be delicious served as an after-dinner dessert paired with a dry cappuccino or a macchiato.
