The Moroccan Cake is a white almond wedding cake topped with a saffron tangerine marshmallow dipped in white chocolate and finished with a dusting of tangerine scented sugar.
The Thai Cake is a spicy chocolate cake topped with a kaffir lime marshmallow finished with shredded dark chocolate and toasted coconut and generously dusted with powdered sugar.
