What is a cookie pie?
Our coconut cookie pies start with a really delicious cookie, made with a gluten-free flour blend (shhh... you'll never know), locally made Miyoko's vegan butter, and shredded coconut. With a generous mound of our house marshmallow fluff sandwiched inside—they are tender, gooey, full of flavor, and really delicious. Choose a traditional or vegan cookie pie, both are rad.
