Our Monthly Subscription Contract Between You And Us
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has a recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. A subscription month is a full calendar month, beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day of the month. Your cancellation must be submitted by the last day of the calendar month in which you are canceling in order to not receive products or be charged for the following month. If you cancel your subscription you will not be eligible for a prorated refund. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must login to your NotPie account or email us at cupcake@notpie.com and we will cancel it for you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend NotPie, Inc and it’s respective officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses of defense, including attorneys’ fees, in any way arising from or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB as payment. The submitted credit card account will be charged the time the order is placed.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by events or incidents beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions and incorrect addresses. Please confirm the shipping address including apartment or unit numbers before completing your order.
Taxes
The total price of your order will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states where the goods sold over the internet is taxable.
