We've created two fabulous coffee cake versions, each made with almond flour, lightly sweetened with 100% monk fruit and a very small amount of a house-blend that includes chicory root and stevia. Our coffee cakes get their lift from a lengthy mixing technique that includes stiff egg whites. The result is a fluffy, coffee cake that is worthy of a dessert plate.

Orange Pistachio Cake
Loaded with zested local naval oranges and topped with pistachios, this loaf cake carries bright orange notes, a mellow sweetness, and a salty crunch. The firm texture makes it great for slicing and toasting, or lift a piece right out of the pan.
Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake
Layers of cinnamon and walnuts carry the rich nutty flavors of a coffee cake. The streusel on top seals the deal, with sweet buttery notes of cocoa and almonds. Enjoy it cold, pan-toasted, or straight from the pan.
These coffee cakes pair well with a hot cup of coffee for a brunch style dessert, tea for an evening dessert, or pan-toasted with butter for an afternoon delight.
Loafs are shipped whole, with ~8 slices per loaf.
