S'mores: America's favorite dessert upgraded with fresh marshmallow!
No one really knows who invented the s’more. The recipe started to appear in the late 1920s in publications aimed at summer camping enthusiasts. No matter the origins, the basic components of a s'more are undisputed, a roasted marshmallow is sandwiched between graham crackers and a piece of chocolate.
When we set out to create a new treat for summer, the s'more stood out as needing an upgrade … bad. Thankfully, your in-house marshmallow experts knew just what to do!
Every s’more has to start with the cracker. Boxed honey grahams weren't going to cut it, so we developed a crispy, rich and slightly sweet cookie made with mochi (sweet rice) flour and coconut oil.
It's all about the marshmallow
You may not know, but marshmallow is our specialty! We use kosher-grade, gelatin from pasture-raised cows, which gets whipped with organic sugar and Madagascar bourbon vanilla.
What about the chocolate?
Having a couple of pips of the chocolate "who will not be named" seems a little pedestrian for our gourmet s'more, so we enrobe the entire treat in a rich, dark dark chocolate.
Just Added: Peppermint Chocolate S'mores
Crafted for the holiday season, these magical wintry s'mores will disappear in January. A chocolate cookie, delicate in texture and loaded with cocoa, topped with a peppermint vanilla marshmallow, dipped in semi-sweet chocolate finished with festive sprinkles.
This treat is ridiculously delicious with a touch of nostalgia, conjuring up memories of roasting marshmallows around a campfire. Crispy, gooey, chocolatey—not to mention kosher, wheat-free, corn-syrup free—the perfect treat for anyone.
Send a pack of s’mores to your favorite people to say Happy Birthday, Congratulations, I love you, Thinking of you, Happy Winter, or Get well soon.
