Full of pumpkin, this cake is unlike any other cake we’ve made — bordering on an un-cake status.
With a soft texture of a pumpkin pie, we mixed enough flour in to call it a cake. A delicate spice blend that includes cinnamon, ginger, and a whisper of mace sends this cake right over the top. Topped with a cinnamon brown sugar marshmallow. Half are dipped in a spiced chocolate and sprinkled with sugared pepitas, the other half are sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar.
Bring your own torch for a burnt mallow top if you dare.
This delicate apple cake is loaded with pieces of fresh apple, bright honey crisp apple sauce, and a delicate spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, and clove.
Topped with a kosher gelatin brown sugar marshmallow, finished with a white chocolate drizzle, plus a whisper of cinnamon and sugar on top.
