The milk chocolate collection includes a classic Rocky Road featuring delightfully fluffy marshmallow and a swirl of local Santa Cruz honey, roasted almonds, and covered in milk chocolate. A few pairs of wildly loved Tortoises are packed into the collection, they come in pairs and are big enough to share … or not! Each Tortoise is built on a foundation of house-made caramel featuring organic dairy from Clover Farms just up the road from Ashby. Each Tortoise gets loaded up with toasted coconut or studded with roasted nuts and is finished with 44% organic milk chocolate.
Sour fruit strips round out the collection with sour and sweet notes. Made from Northern California farm-to-candy-kitchen fruit. Each package is unique, packed with a random assortment of the freshest fruit-based candy. You’ll find flavors like apricot, the sought-after Santa Rosa plum, peach, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, and many more. Tart and chewy for our fruit candy fans!
