The Dark Chocolate Collection includes a classic Rocky Road bar featuring delightfully fluffy marshmallow, plus four-pairs of wildly loved Tortoises. The Monterey Bay Dark Chocolate Tortoise will send your thoughts swimming through pools of creamy caramel, roasted mammoth pecans, enrobed in 74% dark chocolate, finished with a sprinkle of Monterey Bay sea salt. The Spicy Almond Tortoise is built on a foundation of red chile pepper infused caramel, studded with toasted almonds, enrobed in 74% dark chocolate, and finished with a sea salt and pepper flake dust -- they are spicy, sweet, and definitely made to celebrate!
