Pumpkin Chess, Cranberry Meringue, and Caramel Apple
What can I say about our holiday pie menu. This seems like a trick question. But if we are making pies, you know they are going to delightful and very unique.
So here we gooo.... into the land of pies. Right this way please.
Pumpkin Chess Pie: It's like your classic pumpkin pie. Only slightly better, made with fresh pumpkin, organic cream, and a gluten-free crust. Ok, so it's not like your classic pumpkin pie at all. It's nicely spiced with true cinnamon, clove, ginger, and a whisper of nutmeg and mace. It comes out of the oven with a caramelized top, firm texture inside and carrying notes of butter cookie and brown sugar.
Cranberry Meringue: Oh man, is this pie festive! The fresh cranberry brings their color and a great combo of tart and sweet to this party. Made with a brown-sugar gluten free crust and topped with a toasted meringue. Careful it may stir up lofty memories of your favorite lemon meringue, or tears of joy for a magnificent pie. Totally serious.
Caramelized Apple: Like no other apple pie you've eaten before. For real. Crisp apples are sauteed in brown sugar and butter, with a hit of cream at the end we arrive at my dream of apples in caramel sauce. Baked into a gluten-free brown sugar crust, this pie is what dreams are made of.
Our pies are made with gluten-free ingredients and ready to be sliced and served. Though, I've heard that warming up the apple just before serving is a pretty good idea.
