Double Chocolate Mint Glacier

Chocolate Cake + Mint Ganache + Vanilla Marshmallow + White Chocolate Dip + Sparkly Sugar

There are dozens of holiday treats pairing chocolate and mint, from peppermint bark to candy cane hot cocoa. We set out to create something with this festive duo. But the first rule was it had to be unlike anything you'd find on a holiday dessert list.

We filled our rich chocolate cake with a whipped fresh mint ganache. Topped with a vanilla marshmallow, finished in a dip of creamy white chocolate and sprinkled with sparkly sugar — this cake looks like winter, and tastes like a dream.
