Our take on a classic Thanksgiving dish, we turned our classic genoise cake into a sweet potato genoise, topped it with our famous vanilla marshmallow, dipped in white chocolate with maple-candied pecans on top. Created by our youngest daughter, Iliana, this cupcake tastes exactly like a Fall celebration!
