We wanted to create a flavor to feature this February that shouted love, something that features in-season ingredients, but is still festive for the sweetest month of the year.

Key Lime with Strawberry: A tender key lime butter cake with subtle citrus notes from key lime juice and zest. Topped with a fresh strawberry mallow that is festively pink, dipped in white chocolate and finished with a few adorable sprinkles.
St Valentine Cake: Our take on the classic chocolate dipped strawberry dessert. A rad chocolate cake made with a single-origin cocoa powder from the Dominican Republic, topped with a berry mallow and finished with a dip in 72% semi-sweet chocolate.
Vegan & Vegan + Gluten-Free Subscription Boxes: Dulce de Leche Marble: A coconut dulce de leche and chocolate marble cake made with a coconut dulce sauce folded in to a vanilla bean cake before its baked. Strawberry mallow on top, 72% semi sweet chocolate dip.
